Our professionals have extensive experience in court-appointed receiverships and serving as a special master. As a court-appointed receiver, we help preserve and manage the assets and profits of an operating business and protect specific assets for the benefit of co-owners, creditors or other stakeholders.

As CPAs, Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), and Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE) with extensive operational and restructuring experience, our professionals provide oversight of and responsibility for the day-to-day operations and financial management of both small companies and large multi-state operations in numerous industries.

During court-appointed receiverships, our professionals have addressed adherence to regulatory compliance and managed the process and procedures of government regulatory audits.

Further, the value of our court-appointed receiver and special master services is enhanced with extensive experience in forensic accounting, through which we can determine whether assets have been dissipated, misused or removed.
