About Josephine Giordano
Josephine Giordano has more than 25 years of experience as a financial professional, with an extensive background that encompasses
bankruptcy and restructuring,
and fraud investigation,
business valuation, and court-appointed receiverships.
She has performed business valuations for a variety of
bankruptcy and reorganization proceedings,
dissenting and oppressed shareholder litigation,
ownership plans (ESOPs), and buy-sell agreements.
Josephine is a member of the AICPA, ASCPA, Association
of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), American Society of Appraisers (ASA),
Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors (AIRA) and Institute of
Business Appraisers (IBA). She is also a member of the Maricopa County Bar
Association (Bankruptcy Section and Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Section).
Josephine earned her MBA in Corporate Finance at
Adelphi University in Garden City, New York, and her BBA in Accounting at
Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York.
